Phylos Sandison

Vice President/Manager, Central Capital Markets

Phy is responsible for the overall trading and hedging of all investments at Central Capital Markets. He has over 28 years of investment experience encompassing all major markets. These include Treasury, agency, money market, corporate, mortgage-backed, asset-backed, and municipal securities.

Before joining Central Capital Markets, Phy was responsible for the mortgage securities trading function with a major regional bank taking positions in excess of $100 million in all sectors of that market. Additionally, he was responsible for the development of an asset/liability and interest rate risk management program to be re-marketed to the bank's major correspondent banks and other appropriate customer portfolios. Phy has had account responsibilities encompassing "Fortune 50" companies as well as large governmental entities such as the Department of Naval Personnel.

Graduating from Westminster College in Fulton, Missouri, Phy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree. He has a degree from the Procnow School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin in Madison and has been an instructor at the school's investment section. Additionally, Phy has given numerous seminars to the St. Louis Cash Managers and has been a contributor to the "Sheshunoff Bank Funds Management Report."

John (Jack) Collins

Investment Officer, Central Capital Markets

Jack brings to Central Capital Markets more than 25 years of underwriting and trading experience along with institutional sales to banks, trusts, and insurance companies. He is responsible for our municipal syndicate operations.

Before joining Central Capital Markets, Jack was responsible for the municipal bond trading and underwriting for a major regional bank. Additionally, he oversaw the compliance of the dealer activities with regulatory authorities, MSRB, Office of Comptroller of Currency, and NASD.

Jack received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the University of Missouri, St. Louis. He is also a graduate of the Mid-State Bankers Association Graduate School of Banking, Madison, Wisconsin. This is a three-year program sponsored by the Central States Conference of Bankers Associations and the University of Wisconsin - Madison. Classes cover a wide range of banking topics from human resources to asset-liability management to loan processing and overall bank management.

Jennifer Dierking

Investment Representative

Jennifer comes to Central Capital Markets from General American Insurance, where she was involved in the marketing of insurance products and project management. During this time, she developed a strong working relationship with many dealers and agents dealing mainly with variable annuities and insurance products.

Serving as an investment representative for CCM, Jennifer works primarily with institutional accounts and the Missouri Department of Insurance. She trades fixed securities focusing on agencies and treasuries.

Graduating with honors from Valparaiso University, Jennifer received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Political Science. She also has a Masters in Finance from St. Louis University. Jennifer is a registered representative.

Trish Current

Investment Assistant

Trish began working at Central Bank in 1997 in the Investment Department. Before joining Central Capital Markets, she was an operations assistant and worked extensively with the Fedline. She is now responsible for the fixed income inventory that is available to Central Bancompany's customer accounts and retail customers. She primarily trades in government and agency securities.

Trish received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Columbia College in St. Louis, Missouri.

Michael McCoy

Vice President/Manager, Portfolio Investments

Mike has more than 20 years experience in fixed income capital markets and portfolio management. He maintains extensive market and product knowledge and excellent relationships with the dealer community. He is very proficient with analytic tools.

Coming from Mercantile Bank, Mike assisted in the management of a $9 billion portfolio. He identified market opportunities through value comparison of product sectors. Additionally, he monitored regulatory and internal reporting functions.

In addition to managing the fixed income area, Mike served as the sales contact for approximately 50 corporate and high net worth customers.

Graduating from the University of Missouri-St. Louis, Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Michael is a registered representative. Mike is also a Level 1 candidate for the Chartered Financial Analyst Program.
